This is my response to Defining Beauty. I think that Sammy Sosa shouldn't have bleach his skin because he looks worst than what he looked like the first time. The video entitled " A Girl Like Me" was a very good video and I liked it alot. Kiri Davis tried to prove that African American kids have been taught that white people and better and more successful than black people. When one of the girls talked about how he aunt bleache her kids, I just thought that, that was a horrible thing to do to kids that are younger than me. Another one of the girls talked about how when she was younger her mom and sisters were all lighter than her and then she said tat she had considered to be lighter to. I think that skin bleachng is wrong, not liking your body is wrong, and most of all changing yourself for other people is wrong. So this is my respnse to Defining Beauty.

Gangster Rap and Violence: Page Break Line
I am going to write a response to GANSTER RAP AND VIOLENCE. I agree and disagree with Nas. I agree with Nas when he said that Rap isn't really to blame. I agree with him saying that beacause if you think about it, violence like killing, and mudering anything that has to do with those subjects already happened like back in the day. So there for noone can really blame Rap music for the violence that goes on in the world today. I also disagree with Nas when he said that he is not going to change any of his music. To be honest with you he could at least make more positive songs. I think that Nas should make more positive songs because there are certain people that will listen to that type of music and listen to it. Those people would also be stupid enough to actually go out and kill people because they think that it is cool. So this is my response to GANSTER RAP AND VIOLENCE ans why i agree and disagree with Nas.

Robert "yummy" Sandifer
Peace, Love, and Power!
I am going to write about a boy named Robert Sandifer. Robert's nickname was "yummy" because he just loved to eat lots of candy and junkfood. I will be talking about how Robert has made some bad choices in his life. Also in this response I will tell you a little information on his family. I will also give you information about his surroundings.
Robert "yummy" Sandifer was too much for people to handle. Noone like "yummy" because of the way he acted. When people found out that he had died noone really cared about it. When it was time for "yummy's" funeral the only picture they had of him was his mugshot picture. When I read the first page of that article all I could think about was my older brother that has been to jail before. I have always wondered what he had been through. I tell my mother plenty of times that I will stay out of trouble the best way I can. Never in my life would I want to end up like that.
So as I was saying about "yummy", he has been through a-lot in his life. I think that he has made all of those bad decisions because he just wanted someone to care for him and love him. Noone really did care for him so he just decided to turn into a bad guy. I gotta give "yummy" some credit though because he was about my age and knew how to fix cars and take apart two bikes and put them together. I barely even know how to fix a t.v. Even though Robert was always bad he did treat this one lady very nice. He always said things to her like "yes ma'am","thank you", "yes please", and "no thank you ma'am".That's like one thing I know he did right.
So now onto the information about Robert's family. Robert came from a family that I would never want. He was burned and beatin as a young child. His mother was a young teenage mother. Robert's mother was also a drug addict and a prostitute. Robert's father was always in jail. So this is my response to Robert "yummy" Sandifer and I hoped you like it. R.I.P. YUMMY!
